Individual Psychotherapy
Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. I provide evidence-based treatment for individuals impacted by developmental, interpersonal, community violence, medical trauma, natural disasters, and assaults. My approach is focused on recovery and my own lived experience as a survivor of adverse childhood experiences and collective trauma. Together, we will work towards healing and growth in a safe and supportive environment.

Recovery Pathways
Let's face it. Change is difficult and we all are striving to be the best version of ourselves. Let's start with what you are willing to do to move towards recovery. Whether you binge eat, drink too much or struggle with gaming, sexual compulsivity, over spending there is a pathway for you to explore the many ways people recover. Peer model, 12-step and transformative practices are accessible, if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired. We can create a roadmap uniquely yours and reclaim peace.

Non-traditional , eclectic blend of trauma-specific modalities customized to your specific needs and accessibility. Equine-assisted therapy designed to foster connection and healing for the human and the horse.

Advocacy
As a trauma survivor / thriver * provides me with a unique blend of lived- experience, academic & professional trainings which inspire and fosters post-traumatic growth*. Part of the reconnection & meaning making phase of trauma recovery* may include using the experiences to help others who struggle, volunteering and championing causes Being an agent of change is empowering!
