Equine-Assisted Therapy

Utilizing a trauma-focused  lens as a Certified Trauma Professional using Connection Focused Therapy, science of the Polyvagal Equine Institute and Natural Horsemanship skills add up to a powerful and very pleasant therapeutic learning experience with the help of horses in an outdoor or stable setting. This non-riding experience offers a safe and collaborative session for the human and the horse to discover connection, body-awareness and physical calming in nature.
